Training methods in physical competence

Dear team members,

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to our team member Ms liaw Jiayi for her time and commitment to be able to create this website for trained to train members to use.

The path to your success in your game is consistent 2 times a week in gym training min 45 minutes. 3 times a week in court craft and technical skills training min ONE hour training time.

Mental skills training in court craft, technical skills as well as competitive performance is compulsory to achieve your Peak Performance. This can be done anywhere at anytime.

THIS IS THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL TRAINED TO TRAIN ATHLETES.

I would appreciate that you will make full use of this facility to comment, feedback on every training so as to be aware of your training performance, keep track on your improvements and identify your strength and your weakness.

Looking forward to see you on 20 Dec training 0900hrs to 1200 hrs at jurong west sports hall.
